As a Systems Engineer, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission. You will play a crucial role in designing and defining system architecture for new or existing computer systems. You will drive system development to include design, modeling, security, integration, and formal testing.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Systems Engineer Senior must have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Experience: 3+ years of related experience
- Security clearance level: TS/SCI with poly
- US citizenship required
- Role requirements:
- Develop system requirements, specifications, and design plans
- Analyze requirements and conduct feasibility studies
- Develop system metrics
- Develop, define, and document operational and support concepts
- Prepare test plans, procedures, and reports; test and analyze results
- Provide support for troubleshooting of system failures and malfunctions
- Perform continual maintenance and provide solutions for security, backup, and redundancy problems

The likely salary range for this position is $152,150 - $205,850. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
