What you'll do
- Building dashboards and control panels using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS
- Writing backend APIs and real-time services with Node.js and WebSockets
- Managing MongoDB and InfluxDB for data storage and analytics
- Connecting to PLCs via ADS protocol for motion and telemetry data
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Masters in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related major
- Reliably commute to the headquarters in Hebron, Kentucky
- Ubuntu Linux - Comfortable working in a Linux dev environment (terminal, packages, permissions, SSH, and basic debugging)
- Python - Can write clean, working scripts/services and use common libraries for data + automation
- Java - Able to read/write basic Java code and work with OOP fundamentals
- C - Understands pointers/memory basics and can implement/debug simple low-level programs
- React - Can build and modify UI components, manage state, and work within an existing frontend codebase
- Node.js / Next.js - Can build basic APIs or full-stack features and understands routing, server/client, and async patterns
Nice to have
- C# - Able to read and extend existing C# codebases (basic.NET tooling, debugging, and writing simple features)
- Computer Vision - Build and debug basic vision pipelines on real camera data
- Machine Learning - Train, evaluate, and tune models with solid experiment hygiene
