Responsibilities

  • Partner on one AI pilot end-to-end: work alongside the assigned team lead through problem definition, approach, execution, and rollout — not just observing but executing assigned parts of the pilot.
  • Support the AI use-case portfolio: help maintain the intake tracker, use-case status (pilot vs. production), and value metrics (hours freed, cycle-time reduction) that the team reports up.
  • Assist with data-foundation documentation: help catalog data sources touched by the pilot and document how they map to the team's core data models (e.g., LRP, G1/G2).
  • Support tool and license governance: help maintain the tools/license registry (including Tempus adoption tracking) and summarize usage or evaluation findings relevant to the pilot.
  • Coordinate with IT and BU function stakeholders on scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates for the pilot, under team direction.
  • Write up the pilot as a case study — problem, approach, and measured hours/cycle-time impact — structured so it doubles as a reusable template for future use cases.
