Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the JPMorganChase culture. They will also gain exposure to the firm’s culture, values, and organizational structure while building a strong professional network.

During journey in our program, you’ll collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm. You'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment. In Colombia, DTF opportunities are open to undergraduate students and recent graduates with no prior work experience.

Participants are hired for an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of extension up to 24 months based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs. This role requires full-time, in-person availability in Bogotá only. In this opportunity, the Sales and Trade Support team, is looking for a new team member.

In this team you are accountable for providing support activities ranging from system reference data maintenance and trade booking, front to back reconciliations, affirmation and confirmation generation, issuance and safekeeping for trading activities conducted by the Colombia CEM desk in both the offshore and onshore markets. Job responsibilities:

• Control environment and document safekeeping.
• Provide support to the front office and sales team to process trade capture, reconciliation and lifecycle management in an organized and diligent manner.
• Contribute analysis of new product or system implementations.
• Partner with offshore teams to process offshore trade management and life-cycling.
• Help to develop SOP`s and SharePoint sites to consolidate operational models in an organized environment.
• Help the S&TS team to align business requirements with technology to enhance current operational models to comply with FO business priorities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field
• Full-time commitment.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong track record in finance with knowledge of Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange products. Derivative`s know-how is highly desirable.
• Understanding of derivative transactions and trade events like recouping's and unwinds is a plus.
• Knowledge of some programing tool such as VBA, Python, R or others is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of region, products, market/industry and client base is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity
