About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Early Careers Talent Acquisition team in Limerick. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for an undergraduate student to gain practical experience within a fast-paced, EMEA Talent Acquisition environment. You will support the team in delivering internship and graduate recruitment activity across EMEA, working with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates and other HR partners.

You will gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle, from managing applications and recruitment administration through to supporting offers, contracts and hiring activity.

Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the Early Careers team with activities including:

  • Supporting internship and graduate recruitment activity across EMEA.
  • Using Workday to manage candidate applications and progress candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Supporting the preparation and generation of employment contracts and associated recruitment documentation.
  • Working with hiring managers across EMEA to support their internship and graduate vacancies.
  • Supporting the administration and co-ordination of recruitment processes, including interview activity and candidate communications.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate and requisition information within recruitment systems and trackers.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with offer and pre-employment activities.
  • Responding to candidate and hiring manager queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supporting reporting, tracking and general administration associated with Early Careers recruitment.
  • Contributing to wider Early Careers initiatives and recruitment projects as required.

Qualifications

& Experience We are looking for a student who:

  • Is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, or a Business degree with Human Resources as a major or significant area of study.
  • Has a strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Has strong organisational skills and can manage multiple activities and priorities.
  • Is proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Is comfortable learning and working with HR and recruitment technology.
  • Demonstrates a proactive, collaborative and professional approach to work.
