About the team

Our mission is to build a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team provides safety and non-safety data annotation services, search operation services, and customer support for TikTok’s global products, helping the products build a complete and reliable data ecosystem and security system.

Eco Governance, a team under ADSO, is responsible for resource allocation, and performance tracking, helping align company spending with strategic goals through disciplined budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities

：

• Support day-to-day project operations, including using internal platforms and tools for case injection, monitoring labeling efficiency and quality, and assisting with resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent enforcement cadence and smooth collaboration.
• Assist the team in analyzing project data to support data-driven decision-making.
• Learn Content Ecosystem Governance policies and provide insights and suggestions for continuous quality improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

：

• Currently pursuing a Undergraduate degree in Project Management or a related discipline.
• Currently enrolled university student who can commit to at least 6 months, with a minimum of 4 working days per week
• Ability to quickly understand business context and model training workflows
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is required. Given the need to interact with global partners based in Mandarin-speaking markets, both fluent spoken language and polished writing skills are mandatory to ensure clear and effective cross-border communication.
• Strong coordination, collaboration, and time management skills; able to work in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment
• Proactive and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership in process optimization and effective operational management

Preferred Qualifications

：

• Solid data analysis skills，basic understanding of SQL, or scripting (Python) is a bonus
• Solid project management skills
