What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineering Intern to join our team for the summer. In this role, you will work closely with experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that support our products and internal systems. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast‑paced engineering environment while contributing to meaningful projects.

• Assist in the development and testing of software components and features
• Collaborate with team members on technical design discussions and code reviews
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team planning activities
• Document code, processes, and design decisions as needed
• Learn and apply industry best practices for software development

Qualifications

You Must Have:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in an applicable discipline and actively ++enrolled through completion of the internship / co-op session.
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session
• Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, C++, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with software development fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, version control, and testing
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Qualifications

We Prefer:

• Software development experience (i.e. internship, co-op, or other work or academic project experience)
• Good oral and written communications skills
• Software life cycle, Agile development, and/or configuration management experience

• Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
