JCFSのミッションは3つの柱で構成されています。

1: お客様の購入経験の向上 — 品揃え・低価格・利便性を高め、サステナブルな物流を実現するソリューションを創出する 2: 安全で快適な職場環境の提供 — 物流施設で働くメンバーと社外のステークホルダーが安全・快適に働ける環境を提供する 3: 日々のオペレーションへの貢献 — 設備・施設・システム・ツールの安定稼働と継続的な改善を通じて貢献する 【仕事内容】 Ops EngはGreen Field Deployment（新規FC立ち上げ）とBrown Field Deployment（既存施設改修）の2種類の業務があり、新規FCのデザインコンセプトに基づく設備導入から引き渡しまでの全プロセスを統括します 。 【やりがい】 物流施設を自分たちのアイデアで作り上げる「ものづくりの醍醐味」を味わえることが最大の魅力です。プロジェクトの計画段階から稼働後のPeakサポートまで、工程・設計・施工・予算の包括的な管理に携われます。また、最新テクノロジー導入や設備改善を通じて物流施設の品質向上に直接関われます 。 Key job responsibilities 主な業務内容は以下の通りです。 ・施工管理 — マテハン（マテリアルハンドリング）設備の品質管理、安全管理、工程管理を担当 ・設備導入 — 搬送テスト、Safety Review、検収、移管までの一連のプロセスをリード ・品質確保 — 設備仕様書や図面に基づく品質確認、不具合箇所の特定と是正 ・安全管理 —

施工現場での安全ルール確立・改善、ゼロ災害の達成 ・課題解決 — 関係部署と連携し技術的課題を解決、設備基準の策定や仕様の標準化を通じた施設の効率性向上

Basic Qualifications

• 28年卒の大学生/大学院生の方
• 夏休みの期間2-3カ月オンサイトでインターンシップに参加することが可能な方

Preferred Qualifications

• 理系（工学・機械学など）学部に在籍している方
