If so, lets talk. This posting is for an IBM HR internship located at IBM’s headquarters in Armonk, NY. Internship dates are June 1, 2027 through August 13, 2027.

We’re looking for Human Resources (HR) Professionals that share a passion for IBM’s purpose - to be the catalyst that makes the world work better. In IBM HR, we are driving transformative change in service of our employees, and our clients. As an HR Intern, you’ll work on projects in our key functional areas, including:  Talent (including Performance, Leadership, and Talent Management)  Talent Acquisition HR Services (including HR Technology, and Payroll)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Capacity to manage competing priorities with strong time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment Proficiency using Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Basic knowledge in analytics and data analysis Ability to conduct independent research and effectively summarize information and make recommendations grounded in data and feedback Experience in Human Resources
