Practice Area Overview Our practice area focuses on delivering end-to-end eCommerce solutions spanning the entire customer journey, from top-of-funnel discovery and engagement through bottom-of-funnel conversion. Our technology ecosystem is built around Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), GCP, and AWS, with JavaScript-based technologies powering much of our front-end and back-end development.

In addition to core commerce capabilities, the team supports SEO, AEO, cookie and consent management, site performance, and application security. We also heavily leverage AI across the software development lifecycle to accelerate development, improve testing, and enhance engineering productivity and quality. Throughout the internship, potential areas of exposure include:

• End-to-End eCommerce - Customer journeys spanning product discovery, engagement, checkout, and conversion.
• Modern Commerce & Cloud Platforms - Hands-on exposure to SFCC, GCP, AWS, and headless/composable commerce architectures.
• Full-Stack Engineering - JavaScript-based front-end and back-end development, APIs, integrations, and distributed services.
• Search & Digital Experience - SEO, AEO, site performance, product discovery, and optimization of digital experiences.
• Security & Compliance - Application security, API security, cookie/consent management, privacy, and secure development practices.
• AI-Enabled Engineering - Practical use of AI across development, code generation / review, testing, troubleshooting, and engineering productivity.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Technical Foundation - Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, programming, data structures, APIs, and web technologies.
• JavaScript & Full-Stack Interest - Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and an interest in modern front-end and back-end development.
• AI-First Mindset - Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and eager to explore how AI can improve development, testing, and problem-solving.
• Curiosity & Learning Agility - Willingness to learn new technologies, platforms, and business domains quickly.
• Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to break down problems, investigate issues, and develop practical solutions with appropriate guidance.
• Collaboration & Ownership - Strong communication skills, willingness to work as part of a team, and a proactive approach to assigned responsibilities.

Work Location Ability to work in our corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas throughout the entire ten-week summer intern program.
