Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and testing client applications, web applications, and backend services under the guidance of senior engineers
  • Write, debug, and document code in languages such as C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or Angular
  • Support APIs and services for real-time, high-throughput identity workflows
  • Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning), and team design discussions
  • Help improve system reliability, test coverage, and observability
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerized development environments
  • Complete a scoped intern project and present outcomes to the team at the end of the internship

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Foundational programming skills in at least one modern language (e.g., C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python)
  • Understanding of core CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic SQL
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Coursework or project experience with React and/or Angular
  • Exposure to REST APIs, web services, or real-time systems (e.g., WebSockets)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), Docker, or CI/CD concepts
  • Prior internship, co-op, hackathon, or open-source contribution experience
  • Interest in identity, biometrics, security, or public-sector technology
  • Utilizing AI Tools such as (Claude, Codex, AWS Kiro)

Important Dates: Start Date: May 17, 2027 End Date: Aug 6, 2027 Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office. The US hourly rate for this position is $25.
