Treasury Finance Manager: MBA Internship Opportunities

Support research and analytical projects that inform treasury strategy, capital allocation decisions, and financial planning activities. Assist in the evaluation of capital structure, capital return, investment, and funding strategies through financial modeling, peer benchmarking, and market research. Develop insights on industry trends, macroeconomic developments, and key financial metrics to support decision making.

Support initiatives focused on optimizing liquidity, managing financial risks, enhancing banking and payment capabilities, and improving treasury operations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external financial partners to execute treasury processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation. Apply quantitative and analytical techniques to evaluate scenarios, model outcomes, and develop recommendations within a risk and return framework.

Synthesize complex financial information into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings through executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations for treasury leadership and cross-functional partners. Embody our culture and values. Currently pursuing a Full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Must have at least 1 semester/term remaining following the completion of the internship. 3+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting,, finance, or related field OR equivalent experience Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, or banking within a global organization Proven track record of working in large-scale global organizations Extensive corporate finance experience, including financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
