Science Platforms Intern (R&D) 2027

Overview

PepsiCo Internship Programme is 6-9month program designed for high potential undergraduate students, just like you, into real life business impact roles – with the goal to best prepare you for a successful future. We are now looking to hire a R&D Science Platforms Intern to join the team in Cork, Ireland starting next year for the duration of 6-9 months. The internship will focus on a project characterizing protein and fiber ingredient combinations for application in Muscle, Metabolic, and Gut Health technical chassis’.

The role will provide opportunities to gain CE’s across protein, powders, and fiber/biotics-focused teams, as well as model applications.

Responsibilities

• Lab testing of ingredients,
• Work on lab reports,
• Create prototype products

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student

The role involves most of the week to be spent at our off-site office & lab at Teagasc Moorepark, Fermoy, Co. Cork, as well as opportunity to work from Little Island R&D location.
